Where we practice
Trent A. McCain is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Indiana and is admitted to the bar of the Supreme Court of the United States. Fees
Fee arrangements are set case by case and confirmed in writing before work begins. Where the site refers to contingency fees, "no attorney's fee unless we recover" means no fee for the attorney's time; the treatment of costs and expenses is addressed in the written fee agreement. Credit-card payments carry a 3% surcharge as described on the Pay Your Bill page.
